This is a picture that is with very high detail that makes it look real when it really isn’t. These are used in game with high resolution which are game on consoles such as Xbox / PlayStation for these you will need a computer that is high spec for the detail and realism.the game that use this are games like forza and battlefield they use this to make the game more realistic with graphics like background and fore ground.

forza horizon 2 uses this in there car designs and and the roads also they have made the grass trees and textures this makes it look real but it really aint this was released in winter 2014 and developed by turn 10.






battlefield 4 uses this for the detail in the AI players and weapons it is also used in the effects like rain, water and explosions also the is a lot in the transport design and sky and sceanary.  








Exaggeration

This is a style used by the Japanese in game design which is a game with characters that have extreme features such as a person with big eyes and small face but evil some of these games are street fighter and anamie games that use this are games like Final Fantasy, Pokemon, Devil May Cry, Xenoblade.

Image result for borderlandscell shading is used in various games to show that it aint as realistic as it may seem it outlines all the characters and it shows separation between sky surrounding and floor this is used in the game known as borderlands as the hole game is practically cell,-shaded.






3D

3D is 3 dimensions allowing depth and realism in graphics meaning games can look more like real life life like peering around corners one such action that is impossible in 2D as it has no depth 3D is used on newer more powerful consoles.
